Specification:
Strip embossed wallpaper
Remove polystyrene coving
Fill all cracks on ceiling and walls.
Sand woodwork.
Caulk woodwork to wall cracks.
Wipe clean surfaces.
Size walls and filler repairs where required and prepare walls for lining
Install lightweight polyurethane coving
Line all walls with 1200 grade lining paper
Paint two coats of Dulux white vinyl matt emulsion on ceiling
Paint two coats of Dulux tinted vinyl matt emulsion on walls
Paint two coats of Dulux pure brilliant white diamond satinwood on woodwork
